Who we are
Sauna Sock is an Australian business operated by Jake Siewert. Questions about your information can be sent to hello@saunasock.com.au.
What we collect
When you join the first-drop list, we collect your email address, your selected Sauna Sock fit and colour, the time of your sign-up and a record that you asked to receive launch and product updates.
Why we collect it
We use this information to manage the waitlist, understand early product interest and send the updates you requested. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is held
Our website and database use service providers that may process or store information outside Australia. We limit access to people and providers who need it to operate the waitlist and website.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. You may also ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information only while it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to remove it, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.
